PVOH films are fully bio-compostable, non-toxic, and their waste does not produce any toxic or harmful by-products when incinerated, dissolved, or digested. These properties and their high resistance to many solvents and oils make PVOH suitable for many applications.

WATER SOLUBLE LAUNDRY BAGS TO PREVENT CROSS-CONTAMINATION

Microbial contamination is becoming more and more serious. Our water-soluble laundry bags can be used in hospitals to prevent cross-contamination - minimize the contact hospital workers have with contaminated clothing and bedding. Dirty items are put into the hot water-soluble bags, which are then placed directly into the washing machine. The dissolved bag drains away with the water into the drain leaning no micro-plastics.
MEDICAL MATTRESS PADS

G10 Eco-Tech offer a bio-degradable medical pad, an environmentally-friendly disposable health mattress that absorbs various exudates such as urine, blood, wound exudates, etc. The medical pad made from polyvinyl alcohol, starch and other additives which will decompose into water and carbon dioxide.

BIOGRADABLE BODY BAGS

Fully biodegradable body bag which will, in a commercially managed compost environment, decompose into carbon dioxide and water over a period of 180 days. It does not release harmful chlorine gas during burning.

HERBICIDES, FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES

Water-soluble packaging bag for fertilizers and pesticide. Chemicals used in agriculture are usually highly toxic which cause severe pollution and endanger our health. Therefore more and more attention is being paid to the safety of agricultural packaging materials. Due to its biodegradability and water solubility, PVA films have been widely used in the packaging of fertilizer and pesticide in recent years.
DYE INDUSTRY

The consumption of plastic barrels or plastic bags in the operation process of the dyeing industry produces a huge amount of highly polluting plastic wastes. In addition, the dye residual left in the plastic barrels or plastic bags causes wasteful and inaccuracy dye content.
The use of water-soluble packaging bag for the dyeing industry not only improve cleanliness and tidiness but provides a clean working environment. It also reduces the risk of leaking the dyeing formula.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

The non-static property of PVOH film makes it suitable for electronic products packaging application. PVOH film packaging also avoids electrostatic damage to electronic products.

The film is eco-friendly packing material. Once the film dissolves in water, the bacteria/micro-organisms will digest the material fully till it decomposed. In the environment, it will also decompose the film into water and carbon dioxide.
FEMALE HYGIENE PRODUCTS

The water-soluble film can be used for the inner packaging of the products and as a back sheet for the panty liners. Plastic does not belong in your underwear.
